The conditions of the price guarantee campaign are:

• The product with the lower price must be in stock, available for sale, and must have had the lower price for at least 5 consecutive days starting from the date of the refund/matching request.
• You must provide evidence of the competitor's price through a screenshot and a direct link to the product on the seller's page (we do not accept links to price comparison sites, as they do not display prices or stock correctly).
• The price considered will strictly be that of the product, excluding discount vouchers, shipping costs, extended warranties, etc.
• The price difference will be calculated based on the date of purchase of the product, as evidenced by the fiscal invoice issued by Oxigen Asist SRL (the owner of CpapShop.ro).
• The supplier whose product is sold at a lower price must be a legal entity with a registered office in Romania and must not be in insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings.
