Return Policy:
In accordance with OUG 34/2014 art.9 paragraph 1, products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date they were received by the consumer.
According to art. 13 paragraph 1 of OUG 34/2014, the amount refunded in case of product returns includes the delivery cost if this cost was borne by the consumer and will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the consumer sent the return decision, but not before the date of return of the products that were the subject of the sale.
According to art.14 paragraph 2 of OUG 34/2014, the consumer bears the direct costs related to the return of the products.
Exceptions to product returns, according to art.16 of OUG 134/2014, include:
- Provision of services
- Supply of sealed products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons (products such as CPAP masks, hoses, and any other products in sealed packaging)
- Supply of personalized products according to the specifications of the consumer indicated in the firm order
