The DC Power Supply for the Pilot-12 and Pilot-24 batteries from Medistrom is the ideal solution when you do not have access to AC power, as it is compatible with 12V outlets in vehicles.

It is very easy to use: plug the power end into the 12V socket, and connect the other end to the Pilot-12/24 battery in the "CHARGE" port.
