The airflow from the CPAP device travels through the connection at the top of the head, through the hollow frame, and to the silicone nasal pillow. Brand New Silicone Pillows 

Made entirely from soft, smooth silicone, the DreamWear Silicone pillows provide a gentler touch on the nostrils compared to the original gel nasal pillows. The new design fits and seals even better, reducing movement and friction against your nostrils.

Soft and Lightweight Frame 

The mask frame is made from soft, fine silicone that comfortably wraps around your face while remaining highly flexible. Air from the CPAP device circulates through the hollow frame, allowing for comfortable side-sleeping thanks to the all-silicone construction.

Top-of-Head Connection 

The hose connecting to your CPAP device attaches to the swivel elbow at the top of the head, directing air through the hollow frame to the nasal pillow mask. This design keeps the hose away from you, facilitating active and restful sleep.
