The airflow from the CPAP device travels through the connection at the top of the head through the hollow frame to the silicone nasal pillow. The latest pillows from Philips Respironics provide a much-improved fit and seal.

Brand New Silicone Cushions 

Made entirely from soft and smooth silicone, the DreamWear Silicone cushions provide a much gentler touch on the nostrils and under the nose compared to the original gel nasal pillows. The new design fits and seals even better. The cushions move less, resulting in less friction against your nostrils.

Soft and Lightweight Frame 

The mask frame is made from soft, fine silicone that hugs the sides of your face while being very flexible. Air from the CPAP device circulates through the interior of the hollow frame. You can sleep comfortably on your side with your face on the pillow, thanks to the entirely silicone construction of the frame.

Top of Head Connection 

The hose connecting to your CPAP device attaches to the swivel elbow at the top of the head, delivering air through the interior of the frame to the nasal pillow mask. This design keeps the hose away from you, facilitating an active and restful sleep.
