The Philips Respironics heated hose for DreamStation series provides you with a precise humidity level, regardless of the outside temperature and humidity, protecting you against condensation that may appear on the tubing or in the mask. When connected to the DreamStation with heated humidifier, the heating level can be set to one of five settings or turned off completely if desired.
Sanitizing: the hose can be washed weekly in warm water and a mild detergent. After rinsing, allow the hose to air dry completely. Do not reconnect the tubing to the CPAP or Bi-Level device until the hose is completely dry.
