FlowSens Algorithm: This patented technology ensures excellent synchronization between the patient's breathing rhythm and the pressure changes during inhalation and exhalation in S or ST mode. The algorithm automatically compensates for air leaks at the mask level.

Touchscreen and Wave&Go Function: Navigation through menus is done by simply tapping the screen, which turns off shortly after starting to avoid disturbing your sleep. If you want to turn the screen back on, just wave your hand in front of it.

Large Physical Buttons: The device features two large, intuitive buttons: On/Off and Ramp, easily located even in the dark.

Built-in Bluetooth: Easily connects to the free Sefam Access Lite or Pro app, allowing you to monitor your therapy progress on your phone’s screen and adjust the device settings (available only in the Pro version).

Reduced Noise: The device operates at a sound level of approximately 26 dB, one of the lowest in the industry.

Ramp Function: This function allows for maintaining a lower comfort pressure to facilitate easy falling asleep. After a set period (0 - 45 minutes), it gradually increases the pressure to the minimum prescribed in your therapy.

Automatic Start: If activated, the device will detect inhalation in the mask and automatically start at the set parameters.

Humidity Control (Click Here): By attaching the water reservoir, the delivered air becomes humidified and heated, helping to prevent unpleasant sensations such as nasal congestion and dry mouth and throat. The heating level can be manually adjusted from 1 to 10.

OPTIONAL Heated Hose (Click Here): When attached along with the humidifier, it allows for Adaptive Thermo Control mode, automatically adjusting the hose's heating to prevent condensation. The hose's heating level can also be manually adjusted from 1 to 5.

With the new S.Box from Sefam, the patient is directly involved in their therapy.

Thanks to multiple forms of communication, various interconnected devices, and the Sefam Access mobile application, the S.Box integrates various physiological parameters along with those related to the effectiveness of sleep apnea therapy. SEFAM Access Lite - the smartphone app for the informed patient

SEFAM Access Lite is a free application available for smartphones, created specifically for the patient. Thanks to this app, the user can track treatment indicators every day, as well as other physiological parameters (entered manually or through compatible devices).  The app presents information in an intuitive way, easy to understand for easier interpretation.  The SEFAM Access Lite app is available in the iOS and Android app stores and requires an active Bluetooth connection.

Compatible devices with the Sefam S.Box and the Sefam Access application are purchased separately and include:
