SleepDoc Porti® 9

The small and lightweight Porti® 9 polygraph device, with a color display, stands out for its smart features, low weight, and compact size. Its primary purpose is to enable easy use in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in hospitals, medical clinics, or from the comfort of the patient's home. The Porti® 9 sleep monitoring device offers 12 standard channels. It is designed for diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and other sleep-related conditions, and can be used both in hospitals and at home by patients. The device is easy to wear, simple to use, and comes with a protective case. All devices in the Porti range use pneumatic belt technology with highly sensitive detachable cushions, a feature that significantly reduces consumable costs and allows for belt cleaning. Operating costs are also kept to a minimum, as Porti® 9 includes a rechargeable internal battery, with the nasal cannula being the only real cost per study.

The SleepDoc Porti® 9 offers up to 12 channels capturing the following data:

• Flow: Measures breathing via a pressure sensor using the nasal cannula or during CPAP therapy.
• Thermistor: Additional or alternative breathing recording via a thermistor.
• Thoracic effort: Integrated pressure sensors in the thoracic belt.
• Abdominal effort: Integrated pressure sensors in the abdominal belt.
• SpO2 sensor: Integrated pulse oximeter using a reusable or disposable finger sensor.
• Pulse rate: Using the finger sensor.
• Pulsatile wave: Using the finger sensor.
• Snoring: Built-in microphone.
• Sleep position: Integrated position sensor in the device.
• Light sensor: The internal light sensor continuously monitors the sleeping environment's brightness.
• CPAP/Bi-Level pressure: Continuous monitoring of absolute pressure used for patients ventilated via non-invasive positive pressure.
• Actimeter: Integrated activity sensor in the device.

Customizable Evaluation Software After the measurement data is transferred from the SleepDoc Porti to the PC, an automatic evaluation is performed within seconds. Predefined parameters can be adjusted by the user at any time according to their criteria. The evaluation is presented both graphically and as text. A wide range of printing and report customization options is also available.
